Complex Civil Litigation and International Arbitration

Whether your legal issues arise from being a large hospitality services provider operating in several cities around the world, a U.S. investment fund operating a foreign telecommunications company or a small brewery taproom on a street corner in the heartland of the United States, technology and trade have made us all participants in a global marketplace defined by an ever increasing complex set of rules.  Business leadership both inside and outside of the U.S. must be aware of and prepared to address legal issues stemming from trade, complex litigation and the powers wielded by foreign sovereigns both in court, and increasingly in arbitral bodies such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICISD) as well as the London Court for International Arbitration (LCIA) among others.

Asher Law Associates has accrued considerable breadth of experience and knowledge representing foreign and domestic clients in multi-party disputes before U.S. and foreign courts as well as international arbitral bodies involving both foreign governments as well as non-state parties.  Our team and network of professional specialists around the world have successfully managed matters ranging from bankruptcy and receivership to industrial espionage to sovereign expropriation and other complex disputes for our clients.
